Dr. Bradshaw specializes in behavioral science grounded in academic qualitative studies.

Dr. Bradshaw’s experience includes Executive Management as Fire Chief, Arson Investigations Commander, Internal Affairs Commander, and police officer.

Dr. Bradshaw has held certifications as an advanced truth verification analyst with Computer Voice Stress Analysis (CVSA) and advanced Interview and Interrogation Techniques through the John Reid Institute. Additionally, he has published several articles regarding truth verification techniques while conducting interviews and the importance of administrative investigations. As an investigations’ commander, he was responsible for more than 1,700 fire investigations and more than 150 internal administrative investigations.

Dr. Bradshaw serves as a professor for Columbia Southern University, College of Safety and Emergency Services, and is a charter member of the International Academy of Fire & Emergency Services Scholars. He has served as an adjunct instructor for GA Piedmont Technical College - Department of Health, Public Safety and Security.

Dr. Bradshaw earned a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Public Safety, a Master of Science in Executive Fire Service Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration: Criminal Justice.
